This completely renovated Two bedrooms, fully fitted, fully furnished, self catering Ground floor Apartment, suitable for 4 people (maximum of five), in the Edificio "Goya" is available for rental all year. Everything you normally would have in your own home, we have in the apartment. Why not have a chilled out, relaxing  holiday, vacation or break in this delightful typical Spanish seaside resort on the Costa Blanca.

 We have a lot of clients which come to the apartment each year, some 2 or 3 times in a year. The main reason for the apartments'  popularity is the location of the apartment, it is situated only 150 metres or in walking distance terms, 3 minutes away from the Playa Roqueta, a fabulous Blue Flag Beach. In total stretching for 12 kilometres. So it's a case of out of bed, wash, then on to the beach with the sun parasol, chairs, buckets and spades. There are beach cabins with tables and chairs on the beach, where you can buy beer, soft drinks, ice cream and snacks or why not just stock up our cool-box and take that to the beach.

On the subject of food, again all in walking distance from the apartment, there are a number of very good  restaurants including reasonably priced Chinese ones, also Indian, Italian and of course , what you are going to Spain for, Spanish bars selling tapas and Spanish restaurants, On the promenade in Guardamar there are restaurants serving their reasonably priced Menu del Dia which is usually their own speciality dishes, such as paella and freshly caught local fish, prawns and calamares.

 The supermarkets which include Mercadona, Lidl and Dia are again within 10-15 minute walking distance, from the apartment,  we even supply a trolley to bring your shopping back to the apartment.

Wednesday is market day in Guardamar. It is a very popular street market for locals and tourists alike, stretching over many streets. there you can buy your fresh fruit and vegetables even shoes and handbags which are made within the region are reasonably priced.

 The nearest airport is Alicante which is about 25 minutes by car from our apartment. Another airport which is becoming more popular with the "no frills" airlines is San Javier near Murcia, this is approximately 40 minutes by car away.

WE DO NOT CHARGE, unlike other renters, who will charge you extra for welcome packs, cleaning the apartment and washing linen  after your stay and even charge to "Meet and Greet" you.

Add these "extras" to their tariff, you will see what they charge is not the bargain it is made to look.

 We will personally meet you and greet you at the airport, (or apartment if you are hiring a car), and take you to the apartment from Alicante/Murcia airports completely FREE OF CHARGE. Then we take you back to the airport when your stay has finished.

The price on our Tariff is the price you pay.
